Laura is director of services at Nationwide. Laura has extensive experience in leading key strategic areas, and is currently director of business services, where she leads teams across a number of disciplines including portfolio management, operational excellence, property, procurement and responsible business – all focused upon enabling the society to meet the needs of both our members and colleagues. Laura’s career has spanned over 20 years, working across multiple industries in firms such as GSK, EY and RBS. Prior to joining Nationwide, she spent 8 years with RBS in a variety of roles before heading up the procurement function globally. Laura is also a director of Oakfield Housing Project and a trustee for the Nationwide pension fund.
