Kevin has worked in the procurement and programme management fields for over 30 years and is a CIPS fellow. His career has spanned senior positions in NATO, the NHS and the UK Ministry of Defence. He has been in his current role of CPO in NATO for over 15 years. In this position, he is responsible for all NATO procurement on alliance warfare development and transformational projects and initiatives. He has a procurement team based in the US and has functional responsibility for NATO/ACT procurement offices based in Europe. Kevin and his team won Best Contribution to the Reputation of the Procurement Profession at CIPS’ former Supply Management Awards. In recognition of his contribution to the delivery of the alliance’s transformation programme, Kevin was awarded the NATO Meritorious Service Medal by the secretary general of NATO.
