Lauren’s industry experience spans manufacturing (DS Smith); energy, oil and gas (BP); FMCG (Diageo), banking and finance, and IT & telco. She currently leads the procurement function at a global leader in sustainable packaging, DS Smith (now part of International Paper). Lauren’s remit spans 30 countries and, in partnership with the business, she is responsible for shaping and aligning the procurement strategy to support the achievement of business goals, including growth, circularity and manufacturing excellence.
